One generation ago (1973), a few men in black robes decided that some persons aren’t persons no matter how small. Since then, the progressive slide into the pit of moral relativism, confusion, inconsistency, hypocrisy and evil has been ominously precipitous to the point today that legalizing ex-utero…ahem… abortion (ie., infanticide) is being seriously discussed.

The spirit of relativism and obfuscation lies heavy in the air….like a very toxic swamp gas.

“Virtue”’s now been deconstructed…
“Good” means only what you “feel” …
When you say that you’re “expecting” ,
Friend, today that’s no big deal!

You can always “get around it”…
It’s a Brave New World, you see!
You can always ”take or leave ”it…
Po-Mo Ambiguity.

It’s a “fetus”…No!.. A “person”!
Hold yer horses!...Take that back!
That’s no “baby”…But it’s murder!
(I’m confused and can’t keep track!)

OK, friend, let’s keep our heads here…
Let’s let Reason rule at last:
On weekends we’ll call it ”Baby”,
And on weekdays, “Tissue Mass” .

Yep, on Monday name it “Cell-Growth”,
But on Sunday it’s a Boy!
Tuesday/Wednesday it’s “The Problem”
But on Saturday a “Joy”!

Whoops!...an “Accident” on Thursday,
And on Friday “Precious Child”…
I know, I know, it’s confusing,
But, at last, it’s reconciled!

Yes, my friend…I think we’ve got it!
That’s the perfect compromise!
This way everybody’s happy!
(And, of course, extremely wise!)

This is great!.... We’ve solved “The Problem”…
Some days “whats” and some days “who’s” !
Meet the New Age Bio-Ethics…
We believe!....What’s there to lose!?

Now “Whatever!” is our mantra,
Yep, it solves most everything!
It makes Truth obscure and fuzzy …
BUT it’s got a pleasant ring!
