Oprah Winfrey says this about her favorite guru, Eckhart Tolle (pronounced “TOLL-eh”)…
“I think Eckhart is a prophet of our times. I keep Eckhart's book at my bed-side. I think it's essential spiritual teachings. It's one of the most valuable books I've ever read.”
I, for one, am a bit more wary….
One of my ‘favorite’ Eckhart Tolle spiritual insights is this:
“...the past gives you an identity and the future holds the promise of salvation, of fulfillment in whatever form. Both are illusions.”
In other words…
The past is illusion. The future is illusion. The Now is the only true 'real'.
Bottom line, Little Grasshopper, “Be the I AM THAT I AM that you really are.”
